Job Description

​​​​​​We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Mechanical Site Engineer to join a top qualified and knowledgeable Construction team of our Oil, Gas and Chemicals Division.

What you will need to do:

  • Supervise and execute Mechanical site works in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and construction schedules.
  • Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project schedule requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, client representatives, and other disciplines to ensure smooth site execution.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and approved method statements.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements and participate in regular site safety inspections.
  • Monitor construction progress, prepare daily and weekly site reports, and provide progress updates to project management.
  • Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient site execution.
  • Identify, report, and resolve site technical issues, coordinating with the Engineering and QA/QC teams as required.
  • Liaise with QA/QC and client representatives to support inspections, approvals, and compliance with project quality requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned works and support project handover activities.

What you will need to have: 

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical site execution within Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects.
  • Experience supervising Mechanical site execution within Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects.
  • Experience coordinating with subcontractors, client representatives, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong understanding of project specifications, construction standards, HSE requirements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspections, and project documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • English – Full Professional Proficiency.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
