What You'll Do
The Final Finish / Test / Post Cure Technical Engineer serves as the technical owner for Final Finish and Test process domains in Asia Pacific, ensuring product quality, inspection capability, and process robustness.
1. Process Technical Ownership – FF / Test / PC (20%)
- You will serve as primary Technical Engineer for Final Finish and Test processes.
- You will own technical standards and process performance.
2. Capital Project Technical Leadership (20%)
- You will support technical scope and FAT/SAT readiness for FF/Test projects.
3. Supplier Qualification & Value Engineering (BCC) (35%)
- You will support supplier qualification and value engineering for inspection and finishing equipment.
4. Regional Operational Excellence & Technical Support (15%)
- You will provide advanced technical support for complex FF/Test issues affecting quality.
5. Global Technical Alignment & Cross Process Coverage (10%)
- You will Interface with Global Engineering for FF/Test processes.
- You will Provide secondary coverage for upstream processes as assigned.

- You with a bachelor's degree in engineering related.
- You with Experience in Final Finish, Testing, or Post‑Cure processes would be a plus.
- You with manufacturing support and supplier interaction experience.
- You with analytical problem-solving skills.
- You with Strong collaboration and communication capability.
