This role offers the opportunity to work on medium‑ to high‑complexity engineering assignments, applying deep technical expertise while collaborating across disciplines and directly with customers. How you’ll make an impact- Create and analyze customized transformer designs with a strong focus on safety and hazard control.
- Contribute to design reviews, verification activities, and established QA/QC processes.
- Optimize designs to meet evolving standards, technologies, and functional requirements.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing or construction plans.
- Use advanced models, simulations, and analytical tools to solve complex technical challenges.
- Prepare and support technical documentation, proposals, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with customers to shape design solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Work across engineering disciplines to deliver integrated, high‑quality outcomes.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of transformer design experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of transformer design experience, or
- Associate degree with 8+ years of transformer design experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of transformer design and related engineering disciplines.
- Experience using advanced engineering tools, models, or simulations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross‑functional teams.
