The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $113,600.00 - $170,400.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:- Prior experience managing a multi-disciplined team.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline is required
- Advocates and recommends change in processes and/or procedures to improve processes, projects, and team.
- Anticipates trends, problems and enthusiastically searches for resolutions.
- Demonstrates and applies broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work group(s) and how it supports related operations.
- Requires excellent written and oral English skills.
- Ability to communicate openly and non-judgmentally and demonstrate strong listening skills, while offering support and inspiration to team.
- Technical knowledge/ experience in Mechanical Engineering in industrial automation or material handling industry
- You will guide a team of 6-12 engineers and will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of team.
- Lead with integrity and be respectful to others.
