How you'll make an impactLead and develop engineering teams across specialized disciplines.
Drive engineering strategy aligned with product line and business goals.
Oversee planning, resource allocation, and execution of engineering activities.
Monitor quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as escalation point for complex technical and systemic issues.
Collaborate with customers to resolve critical technical matters and strengthen partnerships.
Guide capability building through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Promote operational excellence in safety, productivity, and quality.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in an engineering leadership or management role.
- Knowledge of power transformers or related technologies is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage complex projects.
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
