Job Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional attendance and reliability by reporting to work on time and as scheduled.
- Promote IKO safety goals and maintain a safe work environment through effective safety, housekeeping, and corrective action practices.
- Develop detailed mechanical designs, BOMs, engineering drawings, product specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Use CAD software to create 3D models, prototypes, and perform form, fit, and function analysis.
- Analyze and evaluate designs for functionality, structural integrity, safety, industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with production, electrical engineering, HSE, and project teams to integrate mechanical and electrical systems and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop innovative engineering solutions to address equipment, process, and operational challenges.
- Develop maintenance schedules and procedures while supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Provide mechanical maintenance support through troubleshooting, equipment repairs, training, and resolution of breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation and reports and communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
