About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Framework Delivery Manger this site based position will develop and execute projects and task associated with the OneAIM Portfolio on the Sellafield Site in Cumbria. Experience in managing supervisors and operatives is essential along with the execution of mechanical tasks in line with client requirements. Experience of working within nuclear establishments & following Nuclear Professionalism Standards & Expectations is required along with In depth knowledge of the legislative, regulatory, quality and environmental requirements relating to nuclear engineering projects.
The role will be responsible for:
Ensuring delivery meets the company and client requirements by determining safe methods of working, identifying hazards and unsafe conditions, and preparation and review of safety documentation.
Carry out site safety inspections and audits and promote a strong safety culture throughout the workforce to improve behavioural safety.
Development of forward initiatives to address current environment, 'Learning From Experience' and enable continuous improvement.
