- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering Fundamentals and knowledge of New Product Development Process.
- 2 - 4 years of Engineering experience
- Proficient with 3D CAD software (preferably CREO)
- Thorough understanding of Engineering Fundamentals, including DFMEA, ECN, GD&T, production drawings, Tolerance analysis, Engineering calculations, and other product development techniques and tools.
- Good knowledge of various manufacturing processes and material selection for Ferrous Alloys, Non-ferrous Alloys, Plastics.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is an added advantage.
- Experience in Electromechanical Product Design
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques and Ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Skills in Value Methodology, with certification as a “Value Methodology Associate” by SAVE International is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
