Job Description:

1.Drive and develop the site Mechanical Integrity Program as part of the Process Safety Management system.

2.Responsible for field mechanical equipment maintenance strategy and programs to ensure reliability of process equipment and field infrastructure.

3.Author, revise, maintain, and implement standards, preferred practices, and guidelines, related to inspection and repair of mechanical equipment.

4.Provide detailed specialist knowledge for solving mechanical equipment problems at the site and technical guidance on on-site mechanical maintenance work.

5.Plan and implement annual preventive maintenance programs aim at continuously improving the manufacturing, engineering and EHS performance.

6.To provide the mechanical specification for capital projects in the site, and to design and manage the mechanical engineering of projects to create the correct basis for effective design and operation of capital project.

7.Implement projects, EHS, 5S, SOP, ISO and risk assessment compliance to factory safety procedures.

8.Participates in and completes company-required & regulation training programs. Support daily maintenance work if required.

9.Support line manager to complete assigned tasks and projects.
