- Mechanical, electromechanical or mechatronic engineer degree
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design
- People management

Experience and Knowledge
- Experience with SolidWorks/PTC Creo/Solid Edge (Design, simulation)
- Design for automation (Mechanical with robotic and vision systems)
- Knowledge, sheet metal, assembly and welding
- Material engineering and tolerances
- CNC coding
- Projects management
- Problem solving
- Dealing with suppliers
- Multi teamwork
- Nice to have: Knowledge of C# / Python
