About the Role
As part of our Engineering team, you’ll support Equipment Engineering Business Units, including Design, Manufacturing, and Global Support. Your focus will be on the design and development of industrial electromechanical equipment and components for our flagship WashSmart machine.
Key Responsibilities:
-Mechanical Design & Development: Create and improve equipment and components for global operations.
-Manufacturing Engineering: Develop manufacturing drawings to AS1100 standards and manage design changes.
-SolidWorks Expertise: Work with 2D drawings, 3D modeling, sheet metal, assemblies, BOMs.
-Quality & Testing: Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning and prototype testing.
-Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.
-Leadership: Mentor Graduate Mechanical Engineers and manage new design introductions.
What We’re Looking For
-Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical).
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
-Proficiency in SolidWorks, GD&T, and pneumatic systems.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
-Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
