Your position
As a Mechanical Engineer your main functions/ tasks will be:
- Graphic representation of logistic solutions (creation of plans and functional drawings);
- Sole or shared responsibility of the mechanical project engineering;
- Create special plans with the breakup of the products;
- Create technical specification sheets of the projects;
- Documentation responsibility of the projects following the procedures;
- Communication with the client in order to solve layout or technical issues;
- Coordination with other colleagues from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
- Coordination with the Manager or Coordinator of the project;
- Follow up and compliance of the Labor Risk Prevention laws and Industrial Safety in mechanical installation;
- Quality assurance;
Your profile
As a Mechanical Engineer within Vanderlande Spain, we are looking for a person with the follow experience and skills:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a strong preference to work within a business to business environment;
- Experience in a similar position or in technical drawing;
- Strong skills in layout design with AutoCAD.
- Good skills in 3D model design with Solidworks or similar and office computer systems;
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to use your logistic skills in analyzing and understanding customer processes, creating concept solutions;
- Strong communicational skills and a creative approach to build professional client relationships;
- Ability to work within an international work environment, especially working within a project organization;
- Good language skills in English (B2), both verbal and written, and a high level of Spanish (B2);
