We're looking for a passionate and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team within defence infrastructure working across innovative projects.

Your missions:

🔧 Contribute to the research and development of mechanical design packages for a variety of clients

🔧 Assist in proposal writing and other related bidding activities when required

🔧 Produce details of specifications and outline designs

🔧 Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software

🔧 Develop, test, and evaluate theoretical designs

🔧 Ensure products are reliable and perform consistently in specified operating environments

🔧 Use research, analytical, conceptual, and planning skills, particularly those in mathematical modelling and computer-aided design

🔧 Support site construction and commissioning work as required

Qualifications/Skills to be successful:

💡 Concept to Detailed engineering

💡 Production of:

• Technical Reports
• P&ID’s
• Calculations
• Engineering Drawings
• 3D model

💡 Engineering Software:

• AutoCAD suite of products
• MatchCAD Prime

💡 Piped systems engineering (preferred but not essential)

💡 BIM

💡 CDM

💡 Opentree

Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
