Responsibilities:

Product development from concept to feasibility and prototyping, design.
-
Performing detailed design, including drawings, calculations, etc.

Lead changes in existing product designs and support production engineering with improvements and problem solving.

Preparation, editing, and presentation of design reviews.
-
Planning and performing experiments and tests in the R&D laboratory.

Writing supporting procedures for transferring to production.

Manage all mechanics related documentation.
Education:
-
BSc degree in Mechanical engineering.
-
MSc degree in Mechanical - an advantage.
Must have Experience:
-
At least 6-7 years' experience in developing new products and understanding development processes in their stages

Experience in SolidWorks - High-level expertise
-
Experience in plastics
-
Previous work experience in a company that manufactures mass production, with familiarity with all stages of development, including transfer to production.

Experience solving mechanical engineering problems at the component and system level.

Capabilities:

Excellent design and development skills, from parts and sub-modules to final product and production support.

Knowledge in all aspects of manufacturing tolerances.

Skill at creating and maintaining accurate documentation of concepts, designs, drawings, and processes.
Language:
Hebrew and English - Strong written and verbal communication.
