Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand
Purpose: Ensure optimal performance of all mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water plants, precision cooling units, and associated equipment to maintain critical environmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, chillers, and cooling units
- Monitor and optimize chilled water plant operations
- Maintain Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC/CRAH) units
- Conduct vibration analysis and thermal performance testing
- Troubleshoot mechanical system failures and implement solutions
- Manage water treatment programs for cooling systems
- Maintain pumps, piping systems, and associated mechanical equipment
- Perform energy efficiency assessments and optimization
- Maintain mechanical documentation and maintenance records
- Support capacity planning for cooling infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance activities
- Ensure environmental conditions meet data center specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years in mechanical maintenance, preferably in data centers or cleanroom facilities
- Experience with precision cooling systems and chilled water plants
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and refrigeration systems
- Proficiency in reading P&ID and mechanical drawings
- Understanding of building automation systems
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of energy management principles
- Ability to work in shift rotation (24/7 operations)
Certifications (Preferred):
- HVAC certification or equivalent
- Chiller and cooling system manufacturer training
- Water treatment certification
Language:
- Fluent in Thai; working knowledge of English
