Reputable multidisciplinary design firm
is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Des Moines team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level project design/review of
project documents
- Ensure design quality for complex projects
across various sectors
- Lead QA/QC initiatives/develop standards and
guidelines
- Serve as advisor on complex projects and make recommendations/decisions
on project design work
- Promote efficiencies/high-quality output within
the team
- Deliver high quality engineering designs
- Mentor/train junior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 6+ years of progressive engineering experience
- PE License
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Comprehensive understanding of International
Building Codes
Salary is
commensurate with experience.
