Responsibilities
- Design, develop, validate, and implement innovative tire products that meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Apply engineering principles, data analytics, simulation, and predictive methods to optimize product performance and accelerate development.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Solving technical challenges using structured problem-solving techniques, engineering tools (CAD, FEA, PLM), and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting new technologies, improving engineering processes, and sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in Product Development, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Simulation, or related engineering fields.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Knowledge of mechanical design and product development principles.
- Familiarity with CAD and FEA tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, Abaqus) is an advantage.
- Exposure to engineering analysis, statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP), or basic programming is desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
