The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $75,000.00 - $109,800.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new concepts, create layouts, and detail designs.
- Perform in-depth engineering analysis and calculations.
- Coordinate with engineers of other disciplines to ensure a functional design.
- Supervise designers and drafters in preparation of production drawings.
- Estimate cost and design requirements for external customers.
- Support manufacturing and field installation of equipment.
- Travels up to 25% to different customer locations/Dematic locations.
Education:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Knowledge:
Strength of Materials & Fatigue Design
- Finite Element Analysis
- Machine and Mechanism Design
- Dynamic Analysis
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Design
- Siemens NX
- AutoCAD
Experience:
Typically, 0-8 years of successful experience in related fields and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
Skills Required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- 0-8 years of successful experience in related fields
- Knowledge of strength of materials and fatigue design
- Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis
- Knowledge of machine and mechanism design
- Knowledge of dynamic analysis
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic design
- Knowledge of Siemens NX CAD/CAM software
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Material handling equipment experience
