Role Description
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming needs, requirements, and innovation into robust and manufacturable components and products.
Your responsibilities include:
- Driving design, development, and improvements of mechanical components with a main focus on injection‑molded plastics and die‑cast parts.
- Generating concepts and evaluating concepts.
- Conducting root cause analysis to understand problem areas and ensure effective problem‑solving within design, production, validation, etc.
- Ensuring robust designs through simulation and geometric requirements.
Working in Catia V5 (experience is an advantage) and the PLM system TeamCenter.
Cross‑functional collaboration with lab, design, calculation, production, R&D, and external suppliers.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also thrives in a collaborative and open culture. To succeed in this role, we believe you are:
- Experienced in mechanical design – preferably with at least five years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.

Location
Our team is based in Huskvarna, where we strongly believe in the value of working closely together. Some flexibility is possible, but we aim for on‑site presence since collaboration is at the core of how we work.

Skills Required
- At least five years of relevant mechanical design experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
