What you will get to do:
- Complete assigned work packages that contribute to assembly readiness and throughput.
- Coordinate with project leaders and engineers to ensure tasks are completed on time and in alignment with project objectives.
- Document progress, issues, and task completion as required.
- Assist with day-to-day engineering needs across multiple assembly lines.
- Troubleshoot production issues under the guidance of engineering staff.
- Support operational improvements such as process adjustments, documentation updates, and minor equipment or tooling needs.
- Maintain open communication with line operators and engineering partners to ensure smooth, sustained operations.

- Mechanically inclined, motivated, and eager to be hands-on
- Sustaining engineering experience. This includes developing work instructions, implementing small process improvements, supporting manufacturing impacts in product design, and similar responsibilities.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical Engineering skills
- Experience with Solidworks, AutoCAD, MasterControl, Valgensis and OnePPM
- 3-5 years experience
- 100% onsite
