What You´ll Do

  • Proficiency in CAD design (Part modeling, assemblies, drafting, and drawing creation) - Siemens NX ideally or similar 
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals 
  • Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) 
  • Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles 
  • Familiarity with PLM systems (TeamCenter) 
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration 
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Competent in the generation of technical documentation 

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, or technician qualification with relevant experience. 
  • 3+ years design experience within Aerospace or Military industry.
  • Strong performance, manufacturability and cost.
  • Experience working with suppliers. 
  • Experience in working with products across its full life cycle.
  • Knowledge of metallic and non-metallic materials.
