How You’ll Make an ImpactDesign and evaluate systems, creating detailed assembly and part drawings.
Prepare technical documentation including BOMs, schematics, and contract proposals.
Lead engineering investigations and deliver actionable solutions.
Analyze customer specifications and contribute to product innovation.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical challenges.
Drive improvements in product design and performance.
Apply advanced engineering techniques to optimize cost and quality.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechanical Engineering with 5–7+ years of experience.
Strong understanding of dielectrics, thermal behavior, electrical stress, and mechanical strength.
Experience in electromechanical product development, especially transformer components, is highly valued.
Skilled in electrical component design, wiring schematics, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Pro-E or other 3D CAD modeling tools; Windchill or PLM software is a plus.
Knowledge of industry standards, engineering principles, and best practices.
