- Time-served Mechanical Engineer
- HNC-level qualification in engineering
- IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and P&IDs
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Experience using SAP or other CMMS platforms
- Experience with mechanical legislation and compliance
- Experience with functional safety
- Experience with planned maintenance
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to influence others and coach colleagues
