Job Summary
- Seeking a senior Agile Developer to lead a development team of 15-20 FTEs, focused on storing and managing system SSR data using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement complex solutions utilizing AWS native technologies
- Ensure the development team stays on schedule and is able to meet programmatic milestones
- Represent the team at customer meetings, TEMs and contribute to the team agile planning ceremonies
- Build REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
- Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3
- Implement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps
- Agile development and delivery of software
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with 15 years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree plus 13 years of relevant experience
- Associate’s degree plus 17 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma/GED plus 19 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
- Experience with:
- Java, Spring boot or python
- OpenSearch and ElasticSearch
- Microservice architectures
- CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, , Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, docker, Ansible
- Database : NoSQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB Query and Schema Design
- OAuth/OIDC Implementation experience
- Test frameworks and automation to include Cyprus and Cucumber
Desired Qualifications
- Previous team leadership experience
- Knowledge of UTT or targeting
Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
