Job Summary
- Seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of Data Transformation Solutions
- The ideal candidate will work as a key contributor in an agile development environment
Primary Responsibilities
- Elicit and refine requirements
- Schedule work breakdown to deliverables
- Document artifacts
- Provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model
- Form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users
Required Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
- A Bachelor’s degree in a qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience
- Operational experience/demonstrated experience in data flow engineering, data processing, and National to Tactical integration/Tech SIGINT
- Hands-on technical experience with data flow engineering to include architecture planning and diagrams, DMR support and mapping data into standard data models
- Experience with integrating tactical data into national data systems and repositories
