Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end MDM solution design using Informatica / Talend / Semarchy xDM
- Define enterprise-wide matching strategies, survivorship rules, and golden record policies
- Establish standards for duplicate management, merge/unmerge, and data governance
- Lead configuration of complex business rules, validation frameworks, and workflows
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams
- Act as primary technical liaison for clients and support RFP / solution design activities
- Ensure MDM solution aligns with data quality, security, and compliance requirements
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
QualificationsPrimary Skill: Master Data Management (Semarchy xDM / Informatica MDM / Talend MDM)

Required Skills
