Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary execution lead for the enterprise MDM roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and deliverables.
Partner with business stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Legal, DT) to gather requirements and drive alignment across Customer, Supplier, and Legal Entity master data domains.
Leadership of the MDM Program Management office, including intake, prioritization, orchestration, reporting and change management.
Champion change management efforts through inclusion of communications, training coordination, and adoption monitoring.
Create cross-functional work-streams to coordinate milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure prompt delivery of MDM initiatives.
Design, implement and continuously improve MDM governance, operating models, and business processes with support from MDM Leader.
Work closely with Digital Technology to support implementation, integration, and optimization of the enterprise MDM platform.
Develop and maintain program reporting, KPIs, and executive-ready updates.
Identify issues and risks proactively and escalate with recommended options.
Support vendor coordination and contribute to ensuring accountability for delivery and outcomes.
Contribute to building reusable documentation, playbooks, and knowledge assets to support scalability and continuity.
Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in data, operations, digital technology, finance, or related enabling functions.
3 years of experience in Master Data Management and strong understanding of master data concepts, data governance, and business/technology alignment.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives.
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics for executive audiences.
Desired Characteristics
Experience with ERP, enterprise systems, or master data tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Informatica, or Reltio.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $137,700.00 and $229,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
