We are seeking a California-licensed behavioral health leader to oversee Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) Program #639 in Stockton, California — a high-impact community-based crisis program supporting individuals experiencing behavioral health emergencies across San Joaquin County.

Required Qualifications- Master’s degree in Social Services or related behavioral health field
- Current California licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD
- Minimum two (2) years of post-licensure experience
- Minimum two (2) years managing behavioral health services
- Minimum two (2) years providing crisis management services
- Experience supervising clinical or multidisciplinary staff
- Experience with data collection systems, reporting, and operational oversight
- Experience providing presentations, trainings, and community engagement
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required background checks, health screenings, and license verification
Expected starting salary range: $131,379.02 – $162,256.35
Starting pay is based on licensure, experience, and qualifications above minimum requirements. Geographic differentials apply.

San Joaquin MCRT provides mobile behavioral health crisis response services to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric and behavioral health emergencies within the community. The program works collaboratively with county partners, healthcare systems, law enforcement, hospitals, and community agencies to deliver immediate crisis intervention and stabilization services.

Multidisciplinary Team LeadershipThe Administrator oversees approximately 35 employees and leads a multidisciplinary behavioral health team focused on crisis intervention, clinical excellence, operational performance, and community collaboration.

The Role: Program AdministratorThe Program Administrator serves as the senior operational and clinical leader for San Joaquin MCRT. This leader is responsible for the overall success of the program while ensuring excellence across Telecare’s Four Pillars of Performance:

- Lead crisis response operations and support field-based behavioral health interventions
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to multidisciplinary staff

- Support crisis prevention and intervention practices
- Oversee data collection, reporting systems, and operational analytics
- Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain a high-performing crisis response team

- Guide staffing models, workforce engagement, and accountability
- Support leadership development and team performance initiatives
- Serve as liaison to county agencies, healthcare systems, law enforcement, and community stakeholders
- Represent MCRT #639 in meetings, trainings, presentations, and community forums
- Adapt program operations to evolving county and community needs
