The Role

Position Summary

The Associate, Influencer & Content Strategist role within Mediabrands Content Studio  is focused on maximizing the effectiveness and impact of digital content initiatives. As an Associate Strategist, you will be responsible for assisting in the development & execution of influencer campaigns by building data-driven strategies and owning creator relationships. By leveraging analytics and industry trends, you will play a pivotal role in driving creative campaigns,  brand visibility, and supporting business goals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal & external teams to understand client objectives, target audience, and content goals.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive campaign strategies and creative concepts aligned with client objectives, audience insights, and industry best practices with a particular focus on Influencer & Creator Marketing.
  • Involved in the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns – including sourcing & vetting, negotiating contracts, drafting creator briefs, and providing detailed feedback on creator assets
  • Manage media trafficking and content amplification with internal media partners
  • Build strong relationships with influencers & talent agencies
  • Monitor content performance across social channels, identifying results, trends, and recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
  • Administrative duties as required, including managing the vendor set up and invoicing for creator programs

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in influencer & creator marketing, content strategy, or social media, preferably within an agency or digital media environment.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and the influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, suitable for both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
