Job Description
We seek dynamic and motivated Marketing leaders to join our Summer 2027 Beer Marketing Internship team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand building through marketing strategy, media, activation and innovation related to our iconic beer brands.
As an MBA Marketing Intern, you will work hand in hand with our teams to lead a Capstone project that tackles a major initiative or business opportunity on your designated team, building a recommendation through a strategic and consumer-focused lens that supports Constellation’s beer marketing objectives. In addition, you may be tasked with additional initiatives and projects related to our business to further develop your skillset across business analysis, storytelling, and brand strategy. Interns will work in our downtown Chicago office and will be assigned to our brand marketing team- which consists of our Import beer brands, as well as our innovation and new-to-world brands. Successful candidates must be interested in learning how to build brands and consumer-oriented businesses & applying insights into action. You will actively participate and provide perspective on how Constellation can build consumer-oriented brands and expand businesses through innovative thinking while developing a keen understanding of the consumer and strategic marketing plans.

Responsibilities
- Complete a robust marketing project based on business needs and make recommendations to marketing leadership team to exhibit strategic, analytical, creative, and professional skills
- Research category trends, competitive activity, and marketing capabilities to inform brand-building and innovation activities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, strategies, and activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other marketing teams, product development, and sales to ensure cohesive brand building
- Work with and manage external agencies who support our marketing and innovation activities
- Participate in brand business analysis, using internal and external data sources to monitor business performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence

Minimum Qualifications
- 1st year MBA students with interest in Brand Marketing, Brand Activation, Media, Sports Marketing/Management, or a related field
- Strong interest across varying fields of marketing and the consumer product goods industry, with a base understanding of marketing function roles and responsibilities
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment in both virtual and in-person form: requiring minimum 2 days in-person at our Beer HQ office in Chicago, IL (Tuesdays + Wednesdays)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
