Description:
NewsBreak is hiring an intern for the Human Resources track of our General Management Rotation Program (MRP). The goal of our MRP is to attract experienced (minimum 3 years business experience), high potential MBA upcoming graduates and develop them into future HR leaders within NewsBreak. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and executive mentorship, building the depth needed to accelerate individual development and prepare candidates for key HR roles upon program graduation.

- The internship provides exposure to multiple HR functions over its duration
- All interns are assigned a Sr. HR Executive Sponsor, as well as rotation leaders and mentors
- Minimum of 2 impactful assignments aligned with a key HR objective & personal development plan that drive business results
- Gain professional experience through challenging assignments, exposure across HR functions, and visibility to senior leadership
- May include exposure to various US operations/locations

- Prior business experience (e.g., investment banking, strategic consulting, HR consulting)

- Deep interest in analyzing data with the ability to distill trends and provide principled recommendations
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with strong executive presence and the ability to present thoughtful input to decision-making

Hourly Pay: $35 - $55/hour
