About The Role:
Reporting to our Growth Lead, the MBA Growth Marketing Intern will partner cross-functionally to drive home major objectives for our team’s growth. They will also get an in-depth look at the mechanics, operations and analytics that drive performance marketing and community growth, and have the opportunity to create change at a rapidly growing startup.
What You’ll Do:
- Apply brand guidelines and principles to determine effective content strategies
- Develop understanding of all aspects of performance marketing through immersion, including bidding model creation, creative upload and targeting, A/B testing etc.
- Utilize existing metrics to accurately explain head/tailwinds in our channels, diagnose inefficiencies and adapt our strategies accordingly
- Implement creative testing plans, prioritize tests and hunt for efficiency across channels
- Develop and test hypotheses about growth strategies and modify as needed
- Evaluate and test new channels with the team leadership, understanding the impact on the marketing mix, and place in the funnel
- Effectively manage and understand at least one channel’s ad operations and strategy from end to end, and develop deep understanding of the channel’s nuances
Experience You'll Bring:
- MBA and 4-year degree in business, engineering or related field
- Demonstrated understanding of business and growth strategies
- Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive insights
- Excellent communicator and executor
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
Details:
- Location: We're looking for someone who will be located on the East Coast of the United States.
- Hourly rate: The hourly rate for this role will be $35.00-$40.00.
- Estimated hours: This role is estimated to work 20 hours/week throughout Summer 2025.
