Reason: Other- Needed support of the MAXimize Program Utilities is moving from a heavily customized out-of-support version of Maximo-to-Maximo Application Suite (MAS) the newest version of Maximo.
Responsibilities:
In support of the Maximized Program, Utilities is moving from a heavily customized out of support version of Maximo to Maximo Application Suite (MAS) , the newest version of Maximo.
Some of the work included in this program are:
- Administration Module
- Asset Module
- Contracts Module
- Financial Module
- Integration Module
- Inventory Module
- Planning Module
- Preventative Maintenance Module
- Security Module
- Purchasing Module
- System Configuration Module
- Work Order Module
Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PgMP (Program Management Professional)
- ISO 55001 or related certifications (like ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, specifically Maximo implementations and/or upgrades.
- Strong understanding of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, modules and how they are efficiently and effectively utilized at a four-service utility.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel).
