Job Title: Analyst Level 1 – Maximo & Asset Management
Location: . Cincinnati, OH, Charlotte, NC, Boca Raton, FL - Hybrid

Job Overview:
Seeking an Analyst Level 1 to support the rollout of IBM Maximo across our enterprise asset management platform. You will help modernize systems, integrate financial tools, and support 20K+ users in a large-scale transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support IBM Maximo as our EAM platform
- Integrate Maximo with financial systems (GL, PO, invoicing)
- Perform data migration, testing, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Operations)
- Document workflows, develop training materials, and troubleshoot issues
- Apply DevOps and service management best practices
Must-Have Skills:
- IBM Maximo configuration and support
- Experience with financial system integrations
- Asset management systems knowledge
- SQL/scripting and data migration
- Testing (UAT), documentation, and user support
- Strong communication and analytical skills
