Role Overview

The Junior Account Executive (JAE) – Hybrid Sales Enablement is a dual-function role designed to both drive revenue through pipeline building and demo booking while also supporting sales enablement across tools, training, and team optimization. This hybrid function ensures that the sales team operates efficiently while consistently generating new opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Revenue Influence & Pipeline Building (Primary Function)
  • Engage prospects and book qualified demos for Account Executives.
  • Influence revenue through outbound prospecting, opportunity development, and support on live deals.
  • Tag and track influenced opportunities in Salesforce and Revenue.io for revenue attribution.
  • Contribute to hitting MaverickRE’s monthly revenue-influenced targets.
  1. Sales Enablement (Secondary Function)
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires (AEs, BDRs) on Revenue.io, Salesforce (SFDC), and MaverickRE processes.
  • Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce dashboards, Revenue.io reports, and hit lists.
  • Translate sales strategies into actionable cadences and sequences within Revenue.io.
  • Troubleshoot and support sales technology (Revenue.io, Salesforce, and other integrated tools).
  • Document and distribute system updates, process improvements, and best practices.
  1. Collaboration & Team Optimization
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Sales Managers, and Enablement leads to enhance workflows and performance.
  • Gather feedback from AEs and BDRs to improve processes, training, and tool adoption.
  • Contribute to the sales training library by curating call recordings, playbooks, and enablement content.
  • Resolve issues across sales tech platforms to reduce friction and maximize team productivity.

Competencies & Skills

  • Sales Acumen: Ability to build a pipeline, book demos, and support revenue generation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce, Revenue.io, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Training & Coaching: Capable of onboarding new hires and supporting ongoing AE/BDR development.
  • Analytical Skills: Able to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and optimize sales processes.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional communicator with a team-first mindset.

  • Revenue.io (Dialer, Sequences, Reporting, Enablement)
  • Salesforce CRM (Dashboards, Reporting, Pipeline Management)
  • MaverickRE Sales Enablement Systems (dashboards, cadences, call library)

What we offer: $50k guaranteed base salary with an OTE of $75k per year with a target-based sales commission plan. The benefits package includes health coverage, paid vacation/sick days, and a retirement savings plan.
