Group Summary:
The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.

Job Responsibilities:

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Use of ERP create master schedule sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders to their assigned production department;
  • Monitor the production process and determine status of assigned schedules;
  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
  • Effect changes to production schedule to ensure that production deadlines are met
  • Prepares production reports;
  • Ensures customer demands are satisfied while avoiding premium shipments;
  • Communicates inefficiencies and/or bottlenecks to the appropriate Manager or Supervisor;
  • Ensures that all company policies are maintained; General Points
  • Ensure that all environmental requirements are identified and addressed when performing duties.
  • Ensure that all safety requirements are being carried out when performing duties.
  • Comply with defined Business Management and Environmental Management Systems requirements.
  • Provide support for the continuous improvement initiatives within Techform.
  • Provide support in the attainment of Techform's operating system goals as outlined by the key graphs.
  • Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or designate.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 diploma and/or equivalent college or university education
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application, Excel is a must
  • Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) would be advantageous
