About the Role
This is a numbers-in, numbers-out role at a faith-driven marketing agency doing work that matters. You'll own the accuracy of Masterworks' financial data across client budget models, invoicing, COGS reporting, and revenue reconciliations. Every business unit depends on what you produce.
No direct reports. No ambiguity. You're either accurate or you're not.
What You'll Do
COGS and Accrual Accounting (40%)
Collect and validate COGS data across business units, record accrual entries on schedule, reconcile against actuals, and support month-end and quarter-end close.
Revenue Projections and Reconciliations (35%)
Maintain and validate internal revenue projection models, reconcile projected vs. actual revenue monthly, flag and resolve variances, and correct inconsistencies across proformas, invoicing records, and revenue models.
Client Budget Model Accuracy (25%)
Own client budget model worksheets end to end. Verify invoices tie back to projections and contracted scope before they go out. Partner with account teams when scopes or timelines shift. Maintain version control across all client budget models.
What You Bring

- Working knowledge of accrual-based accounting and close processes
- Reconciliation experience where you find and fix the problem, not just flag it
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
