This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, with one day of WFH flexibility.
About the Role
As our Masters Draftsperson, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our master drawings, ensuring compliance with NCC 2022, SLHC, and ResCode regulations. You’ll work closely with our Head of Product, Design, and Innovation to manage requests, update WIP, and prioritise master files while continuously refining our designs for efficiency and accuracy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing Master Drawings – Review, update, and improve existing designs from AutoCAD to Revit Conversions
Ensuring Compliance – NCC 2022, SLHC, and ResCode adherence is a must
Façade & Construction Detailing – Create and refine detailed designs
Error Checking & Quality Control – Identify and resolve inconsistencies
Stair Detailing – Proficiency in single and double-storey construction
Software Proficiency – AutoCAD & Revit
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Masters Draftsperson in a volume-building company in Australia
Strong knowledge of Victorian residential construction regulations
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A team player with excellent communication abilities

Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Masters Draftsperson in an Australian volume-building company
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential construction regulations (NCC 2022, SLHC, ResCode)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, including AutoCAD to Revit conversions
- Façade and construction detailing experience
- Stair detailing proficiency for single and double-storey construction
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
