We’re looking for an experienced Masters Draftsperson from Victoria’s volume-building industry to help shape and improve the master files used across our brands.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Product, Design and Innovation to:
Review and improve our master drawings
Support our transition from AutoCAD to Revit
Refine façades, construction details and stair designs
Ensure compliance with NCC 2022, SLHC and ResCode
Identify inconsistencies before they become problems
Create smarter, more accurate and more efficient documentation
Work across Detached and Semi-detached

Skills Required
- Experienced masters draftsperson with strong knowledge of Victoria’s volume-building industry
- Demonstrated ability to review and improve master drawings and residential construction documentation
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit, including supporting a transition from AutoCAD to Revit
- Knowledge of façades, construction details, stair designs, detached homes and semi-detached homes
- Working knowledge of NCC 2022, SLHC and ResCode compliance
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Availability to attend an in-person interview
