- Develop, maintain and manage the Master Production schedule (MPS) to support business objectives and sales requirements.
- Collaborates with plant leadership, engineering, production planning, sourcing and others to develop capacity plans to ensure MPS can be executed. Identifies additional capacity needed, helps drive make/buy decisions, or overtime needs as necessary.
- Monitor Schedule adherence and identify risks to the plan, constraints and capacity issues. Works with the appropriate production owner or vendor to drive remedial action.
- Perform scenario analysis and provide recommendations to address supply shortages, excess inventory and make/buy decisions.
- Track and report key performance metrics including schedule attainment, excess and obsolete inventory and other Supply Chain performance metrics.
- Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes through planning analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, Master Scheduling or related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data analysis and modeling.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
- Experience with inventory optimization, capacity planning and S&OP.
- Applied experience planning using ERP systems (JDE, Oracle, SAP).
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau or similar systems.
