Master Data Steward

The Team you will be part of

We’re recruiting Master Data Steward to join Master Data Management team responsible for the oversight and control of the organization's master data, which is the core data that is essential to operations across various business units.

We are seeking a candidate who can seamlessly transition from a big-picture perspective to detailed execution, with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, aiming for perfection while also demonstrating pragmatism and flexibility. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating clearly are essential qualities for this role.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be:

• Overseeing changes to master data, including the addition of new data or modification of existing data ensuring that all changes are documented and communicated to relevant parties.
• Documenting processes and procedures, communicating these to stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency of data management practices.
• Providing answers to stakeholders regarding the functional usage and definition of master data elements and attributes.
• Performing regular data reviews of master data elements, reporting findings, and contributing to corrective actions to maintain data quality.
• Continuously seeking ways to improve master data management processes and technologies to increase efficiency and value to the organization.
• Participating in ad hoc tasks and projects as defined by the manager to support the data management team.

To perform effectively in the role, we imagine that you have:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in data management, data governance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with master data management (MDM) tools and technologies.
• Understanding of data quality, data modeling, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience in documenting data policies and procedures.
