Key responsibilities include
- Master data lifecycle management
- Proactive audit process to identify and resolve outliers
- Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous process improvements
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Master Data Management
- Collaborate with a large group of stakeholders from Americas Supply Chain to assure master data related activities are completed on time
- Shared responsibility with Master Data Team Coach to identify ways to expedite and improve item creation and maintenance processes
- Troubleshoot errors that could impact product supply or performance
- Proactively execute audit processes to identify master data outliers and assist in resolution
- Interface with Global Master Data Teams to assure processes are implemented in region
- Maintain works instructions for key master data related processes
- Coordinate and track the completion of multiple assigned initiatives
Continuous Improvement
- Shared accountability with Master Data Team Coach to execute assigned activities related to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in knowledge sharing session to identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the IMEx standard work and visual management initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Key qualifications
- 2 years of relevant experience for Supply Chain Analyst or related work
- Bachelor degree required
- Relevant experience required in Supply Chain Planning and Logistics management systems, ideally in pharmaceutical industry or other industries where it is required to align with Supply Planning, Finance, Demand Management, and Business Technology
- Experience with ERP systems and Business technology (E.g. SAP APO, Business Intelligence tools, MS Excel, database management)
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
- Advance Excel knowledge
- Microsoft Analysis for Office preferred
Language requirement
- Strong English skills required
- Intermediate Portuguese preferred

- Ability to track and drive resolution of complex issues as well as improvement initiatives in parallel
- Make good decisions based on a mixture of analysis, experience, and judgment
- Ability to work in a complex matrix organization and within a multi-cultural environment, balancing needs of different stakeholders
- Oral and written English communication skills to present complex issues, providing adequate level of information required at different levels and for different stakeholders
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Limited travel
- Occasional off hours work required
