Vivicta Latvia is looking for a Master Data Specialist to strengthen our finance team.

 

With us you will be responsible for: 

  • Responding to assigned master data related requests in internal systems that are maintained by MDM unit
  • Checking and validating content and quality of submitted requests, consult requestors in case of incorrect details or missing information
  • Processing assigned requests within given time frame
  • Provide proactive customer support when needed
  • Conducting regular manual data quality checks aiming to reveal discrepancies in master data and mistakes caused by deviation from standard procedures and policies
  • Preparing statistics when required
  • Contributing to improvement and automation of internal MDM processes by taking active participation

   

 We expect you have: 

  • Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Business or other related field (can be also student)
  • Hands-on experience with data management, master data management
  • Fluent spoken and written English (for working with foreign colleagues)
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in SQL will be considered as an advantage
  • Detail oriented personality with logical thinking
  • Very good communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility and accuracy
  • Good team player

Skills Required
