Join our “Financial Master Data” team in Gdańsk and you will be responsible for ensuring our financial master data is aligned through efficiently resolving maintenance requests, ensuring completeness of documentation, data quality and providing a premier customer experience to our internal stakeholders.
This position will include a 3-month introduction period where you will acquire the necessary knowledge about the processes in shipping, business intelligence, data modelling and analytics.
Responsibilities· Maintaining and reviewing financial master data relating to customer and vendor accounts,
· Ensuring financial master data quality and integrity of internal procedures,
· Communicating with internal customers in order to clarify and resolve issues,
· Maintaining process documentation,
· Identifying opportunities for improvements.
Qualifications· Higher education, preferably in Accounting/Finance/Economics,
· Experience in Master Data Management,
· Ability to organize and prioritize work,
· Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment under time constraints,
· Client focus - thoroughly understand needs, requirements and ways to deliver business value,
· Accuracy and attention to detail,
· Advance excel skills are beneficial,
· Good communication and teamwork skills,
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skill.
