The Role

This position is part of the Pharma Individualized Medicines Team responsible for the process development, manufacture and supply of personalized immunotherapies in collaboration with our global partners.  Our Hillsboro Individualized Therapies (HIT) team is responsible for delivering a fast-evolving portfolio of new Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) products to bring new curative treatments to patients. This portfolio of new products comes with the great promise to bring unprecedented medical advances to patients but also presents unique challenges: living products (e.g. cells/tissue) that need to be delivered to patients in highly personalized supply chain models, and meet fast turn-around-times at a zero-error quality level. 

The Opportunity:

As a Master Data Senior Analyst/Master Data Principal Analyst, you will play a critical role in Master Data (SAP, OEM, and other related SCM technologies) processes in order to facilitate the roll-out and execution of multiple modalities, clinical and commercial.  Reporting into the Material Management function, you will:

  • Ensure data quality and trust through standard guidelines, governance, data quality standards, controls, and metrics

  • Establish and lead processes, procedures, and controls to monitor adherence to internal policies and standards

  • Maintain data quality using customer feedback and reporting metrics, evaluating and implementing corrective actions as needed

  • Develop and conduct data training programs for stakeholders

  • Optimize workflows and communications for efficient data management

  • Promote continuous improvement to enhance data quality and availability, aligning with business units and functions

  • Serve as the single point of contact for organizational and system alignment, data standardization, and Master Data ERP projects, collaborating with relevant teams

Who you are

Note: This position may be hired as a Senior or Principal Master Data Analyst, depending on your qualifications/experience.

Master Data Senior Analyst Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of hands-on experience leading the data architecture or engineering function (e.g. Master Data Management in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement working in regional or global structures)

  • Good understanding of external factors influencing Master Data governance, such as competitors, regulatory requirements, and best practices

  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successful cross-functional teamwork

  • Results-oriented and committed to meeting deliverables

  • Proactive and responsible for self-directed work, with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed, cross-functional environment

  • Experience in Process Reengineering is a plus

Master Data Principal Analyst Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of hands-on experience leading the data architecture or engineering function (e.g. Master Data Management in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement working in regional or global structures)

  • Good understanding of external factors influencing Master Data governance, such as competitors, regulatory requirements, and best practices

  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successful cross-functional teamwork

  • Results-oriented and committed to meeting deliverables

  • Proactive and responsible for self-directed work, with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed, cross-functional environment

  • Experience in Process Reengineering is a plus

The expected salary range based on the primary location of Oregon for a Master Data Senior Analyst is $77,800 (min) - $111,100 (mid) - $144,400 (max); for a Master Data Principal Analyst, the range is $98,000 (min) - $140,000 (mid) - $182,000 (max). Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
