In this highly operational role, approximately 90% of your daily responsibilities will revolve around data cleansing and data queue management within a fast-paced environment. • Process master data requests in accordance with data governance policies and guidelines, within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Create and update master data records in the appropriate systems, starting with product data and scaling up to vendor and customer data.

  • Identify and troubleshoot data issues raised by stakeholders, assessing the impacts of master data changes to downstream systems and business processes.

  • Assess the validity of inbound requests against established policy and guidelines, ensuring data submissions are compliant with internal audit requirements.

  • Drive compliance to established data management policies while maintaining data accuracy and eliminating variability.

  • Prepare, participate in, and maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures to support ongoing audit requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Post-secondary Degree or Diploma.

  • Experience Level: Approximately 2 years of related experience in master data and data quality management is the ideal sweet spot for this position. Note: We are also highly open to candidates with finance, operational, or purchasing backgrounds as long as they possess the necessary ERP system experience.

  • Systems Knowledge (Non-Negotiable): Hands-on experience with SAP or Salesforce (including variations like S/4HANA) is strongly preferred. Experience with alternative CRM or ERP systems is also an acceptable baseline.

  • Domain Expertise: Previous experience specifically handling product master data is a significant advantage.
