At Old Republic Title, we are searching for an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to help drive our data strategy forward. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our MDM implementation using Informatica platform technologies, ensuring that our data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with our company’s vision.

Location: Minnetonka, MN  (In-office attendance required two days per week)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead MDM requirement analysis sessions with business users.
• Manage and enhance the Customer and Organization data domains.
• Conduct source system analysis, data profiling, and lifecycle management.
• Define key data metrics to ensure a robust MDM platform.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide recommendations for resolution.

What You Bring:

• 4-5 years of experience in MDM development, support, and operations.
• Expertise in Informatica MDM tool suite and data integration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across teams and lead by example.
• A passion for data quality, governance, and continuous improvement.

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.

Position's Pay Range:

$85,000 - $100,000 annually.
