Reporting to the Manager, Master Data Management, you will play a crucial role to ensure data accuracy, data integrity and data quality across the organization. You will leverage your analytical expertise to verify data, perform root cause analysis, and developing and leveraging net new capabilities, tools, and processes that strengthen our data ecosystem. You will be collaborating with teams to solve data challenges, provide training, and lead improvement initiatives. The Master Data Management Quality Analyst requires a professional with strong analytical skills dedicated to maintaining data quality and driving innovation.

About the Role
- Develop comprehensive reports on data quality, MDM process performance, and improvement initiatives.
- Develop, implement and report on data quality metrics and KPIs.
- Create dashboards for senior leadership that demonstrates overall data quality.
- Conduct regular data quality audits and assessments, monitor data quality trends and patterns, and identify data quality issues and root causes and provide recommendations.
- Create presentations for senior leadership with data quality metrics.
- Implement data quality control measures and validation rules and processes.
- Collaborate with Data Governance Office and business units to define data quality standards.
- Analyze current MDM processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Build dashboards to monitor SLA compliance utilizing ServiceNow audit trail data.
- Partner with the MDM Manager to recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency, with well supported business case.
- Support the implementation of data governance framework and policies by working collaboratively with the MDM specialists and business units.
- Provide regular insights and updates to stakeholders on the state of data quality and MDM initiatives.
- Help develop MDM program setup.
- Provide guidance and support to MDM Data Specialists in their daily activities
- Assist in resolving complex data quality issues and questions.
- Conduct training sessions on data quality best practices and tools and facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption among the MDM team.
- Collaborate with data stewards, IT, and business units: to address data-related issues, utilize data quality tools for automation, and stay informed on the latest technologies and data sources.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data management or related field.
- Proven experience in data quality management and process improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data quality and MDM software (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
- Strong skills in data manipulation, cleansing, and transformation.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA or Oracle ERP and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in implementing data quality frameworks and methodologies.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Experience in managing data requests, SLA adherence, and handling escalations effectively.
