We have an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Coordinator ready for a new opportunity.
Ferring Controlled Therapeutics is a pharmaceutical manufacturing and research and development subsidiary of Ferring Pharmaceuticals, located in East Kilbride, Scotland. Having recently acquired an additional site, the organisation is experiencing an exciting phase of growth and opportunity.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Specialist the Master Data Coordinator will be responsible for the development and robustness of master data and databases for SAP and associated lifecycle management systems. You will provide technical expertise with a focus on Compliance and Performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liase with CIS Global Master data team, Quality assurance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain with a focus on process and system alignment
- Coordinate updates with Global Master data team to ensure compliance with data integrity.
- Support validity and integrity of master data in SAP / Lifecycle management
- Assure BOMs and Master recipes are designed according to specifications and standards
- Extract data to support daily operations
- Manage documentation: SOPs related to information system
- Promote continuous improvement and lead initiatives related to information process, identify focus areas, and assist in resolution of key issues
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- At least 2 years working experience with SAP is essential
- Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Master Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
