The role is based in our Budapest GBS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
Job description
- Responsible for data integrity within the master data management tool (SAP) through data input, reporting, standardizing data, removing duplications, eliminating incorrect data, and identifying and resolving errors.
- Assists in evaluating effectiveness of master records maintenance and quality of information.
- Communicates effectively with Customers, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Accounting to discuss and resolve issues.
- Participates in meetings and on teams to enhance internal communication as well as contribute to establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for master data record keeping.
- Drives internal control and regulatory compliance through coordination of proper teams.
- Maintains a full audit trail of master data creation and changes.
- Other duties as ordered by the direct manager.
Job requirements
- Excellent in English language verbal and written
- 1-3 years of Master Data or Accounts Payable experience is a must
- University degree (Bachelor) required
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
- Strong problem solving, documentation, research and resolution, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills
- SAP ECC system experience
- Ability to analyze how data is coming in and how it will need to be organized
- Be a team player and work well with others is crucial
